SHINEscapes provides a full slate of lawn care services for your commercial property. This includes mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed removal and aeration. We can also provide pruning and trimming of your trees and shrubs, mulch and landscaping gravel upkeep, and flower bed maintenance and planting to make your property SHINE.

In addition to lawn care services, the SHINEscapes team provides irrigation maintenance and minor repair; exterior maintenance such as power washing, spring and fall clean-up, and debris removal; and parking lot maintenance including sweeping, striping and minor repairs. When you work with SHINEscapes, our own highly trained and professional landscaping team performs the vast majority of the work, from lawn and tree care to irrigation maintenance to exterior maintenance and clean-up. In the case where a highly specialized service may be required, we have a network of trusted partners to perform the work. Throughout the entire process, all work is overseen and quality controlled by the SHINEscapes operations team to ensure services are completed to the highest specifications and – most importantly – your satisfaction.

We work with you to create a customized landscaping plan for your commercial property. Mowing, trimming and basic maintenance are typically handled on a weekly basis, especially during the spring and summer months. Pruning, trimming, planting, property clean-up and other landscape services are performed based on the property requirements. Other services like power washing and parking lot sweeping can be regularly scheduled or requested as needed. Your service plan is specific to your property to make sure it SHINES.

There is nothing you need to do before SHINEscapes performs your first landscaping services. We’ll keep you apprised of the schedule and work with you to ensure there are no interruptions at your property. Our job is to make your property SHINE so you don’t have to worry.

At SHINEscapes, we pride ourselves on proactive and effective communication. We’ll notify you the day before your scheduled service and follow-up with a note after work has been completed. You can always adjust your schedule by contacting us.

If bad weather prevents us from performing your scheduled landscaping services, we’ll notify you in advance and let you know when your visit is rescheduled.

Each property is different and requires a customized plan to ensure all elements are cared for properly. We’ll work with you to gather requirements and prepare a plan specific to your property. At SHINEscapes, we can make arrangements to bill you for services on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Invoices can be paid by check or ACH transfer.

We do our best to work with and support local nurseries based on availability of product. If specialty items are required, we access our network of vendors to source and transport product in a timely manner.
